These are delicious and super easy!
Mix all the ingredients in your blender or nutri bullet, cook in a tbsp coconut oil, and top with fruit and honey or a little organic lite syrup!
1/2 cup oats
4 oz pumpkin purée
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop your preferred protein powder
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
