Golden Latte

This might be my new favorite drink!

I’ve seen this around but somehow haven’t tried making it until today!

I never get sick (maybe once every two years) but have felt a flu/cold coming on, so I’m trying to battle it off naturally so I knew I wanted some ginger tea. Instead I thought I would try this! It was incredibly easy, and you can check out all the benefits that the ingredients have at the bottom of this post!

It couldn’t be easier. Warm up a cup of your choice of milk (I prefer cashew milk). Add a tsp each of turmeric and cinnamon. I grated in about half inch of ginger because I didn’t want chunks, but you can slice yours in if you’d prefer! A tsp of honey (or agave to make it completely vegan) and you’re good to go! This is SUPER delicious! And check out all the health benefits!
