Breakfast Ham-rrito

Breakfast burrito without the carbs? CHECK!

No carb, giant protein breakfast burrito! Couldn’t be easier either! I just scrambled 3 eggs and kale, then wrapped them in 2 slices of ham, seared that for a couple minutes so it warmed through and was stiff enough to pick up with my hands, and voila! How easy is that?? For TWO rolls, it was only 244 calories and nearly 30g of protein!!!
