Easy, easy, easy, so good!
Ingredients (serves 3-4):
3 Chicken breast, boneless skinless
1/2 ball of fresh mozzarella
1 large tomato
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
This really is straightforward and super easy! Grill the chicken for approximately 25-30 minutes or until it’s just about cooked through (you can cut one or use a meat thermometer!). At this stage top it with slices of your avocado, tomato, and mozzarella and let it melt for another 5 minutes. Easy right?
When you take it off the grill top it with the basil and balsamic and you’re good to go! I had mine with grilled veggie skewers.
