Sometimes I feel guilty even saying these are “recipes” when it’s soo easy like this! But this one’s a keeper!
I had no intention on buying bison, but I was looking through the grass-fed meat section and noticed the bison had more protein than the beef, so I grabbed it, and I’m glad I did! Of course you can substitute meat or even lamb or turkey. It’s a great low-carb, high-protein meal that you can pair with any veggie or have over cauliflower rice, spaghetti squash – the options are unlimited!
One pound grass-fed ground bison
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tbsp Italian herbs
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
